An extremely mouthwatering recipe, Bean Pizza inspired by Caribbean flavours and made using Laila Red Kidney Beans, Laila Black-eyed Beans and pineapples, layered with loads of mozzarella cheese and toppings.

Method

The pizza sauce contains the beans in it. Layer on top of the dough. This gives more smooth and mouthwatering texture.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Laila Red kidney beans
  • 1/3 cup Laila Black eyed beans
  • Freshly prepared pizza dough (12 inches)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp black olives (sliced)
  • 4 rings bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken cubes
  • 2 tbsp sweet corns
