Try this rich & creamy rose milk rice pudding by @alchemy.eats made using Laila Pudding Rice, Laila Coconut Milk (Rich & Creamy) and Laila Ginger Paste and you will surely turn into a kid licking your spoons and bowls clean.

Inspired by Persian flavours, this divine combo of pomegranate coulis, cardamoms, maple syrup and vanilla extract makes it a perfect sweet choice for desserts during Ramadan.

Method

  1. Heat water and pomegranates on a medium heat.
  2. Add Laila ginger paste and maple syrup. Cook for 15 minutes until thick. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In a medium pan, heat Laila coconut milk with cardamom pods, and vanilla.
  4. Add Laila pudding rice, stir well and leave for 20 minutes on a medium flame to cook the rice pudding.
  5. Once cooked, add the pomegranates coulis into the jar followed by rice pudding and top it off with pomegranates and pistachios.

  • 1 can Laila Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Laila Ginger Paste
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 cup water
  • 15 cardamon pods
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
